Silvio Confortola (born January 20, 1910, date of death unknown) was an Italian cross country skier who competed in the 1930s. He won a bronze medal in the 4 x 10 km at the 1937 FIS Nordic World Ski Championships. He also participated in the 1948 Winter Olympics, where he placed sixth in the 4 x 10 km relay competition and eighteenth in the 50 km event.
